I agree with you. I’ve also heard from a 5 star recruit a name that no one is mentioning. That doesn’t mean much, which is why I don’t blast TigerDroppings with it. I respect the fact that no one knows anything. That means Woodward is doing his job.

Woodward knows he has to reassure the base that things are proceeding. Dandy fills that role. Woodward uses other guys to peddle rumors.

You could easily say the coaches name and omit the recruit. If a recruit has heard, I assume many others would also know. So there really isn't anyway it could ever be figured who leaked it.

I have no sauces, but I've been saying it was already a done deal. I believe that is the reason why the events unfolded like they did. LSU went ahead and said O would not return, that was the guarantee the school gave the new coach that if he committed they would too. That way if O would have miraculously won out, LSU couldnt crawfish on the deal.
