I can't really name a game where his playcalling just blew anyone away. Seems to me like Bama fans are constantly complaining about him getting too cute regularly.

I don't really agree. He still has a below average arm and is basically a wildcat QB. I'd love to see his overall % of throws thrown less than 5 yards down the field. I wouldn't be surprised if its more than 60%.
He still makes bad mistakes but again, has an incredible defense to bail out almost every one.
