I absolutely am excited about this. You just locked down the state in recruiting, bought in to the high intensity preparation, and will build around a guy who empowers his staff to be successful.
Once we have an OC we will be loaded. I expect a down year next year given the talent leaving but the 2018 season could be special.

I don't love it, but based on what he did during the season wasn't terrible when you're handcuffed by an aging offensive system and a roster full of backup QBs

The OC would have to be given 100% complete control. The rest of the staff needs to be let go except Aranda and maybe Raymond.

You've already got your OC in place. What have you seen out of this whole coaching search that makes you believe Joe frickin Alleva is going to go in to Tuscaloosa and take one of the highest paid assistants in the country to come to LSU for a lateral position? Go home, you're drunk.

I'm with you but I don't expect a down year next year. All the guys making plays against Aggy will be back. LSU will be a tough punch out in 2017 for any team they play.
