Hugh Freeze positives far outweigh the risk

Honestly I think Freeze and Aranda calling plays would have a great chance to put Orgeron in title contention almost immediately.
What other coordinator hire could you honestly say that about? What is the likelihood of having an opportunity like this again? Saban leaving the NFL for Bama comes to mind; it’s a perfect storm. You can have the former Ole Miss HC, an offensive savant that beat Bama multiple times, on staff as your OC? Are you kidding? This is a no brainer!

Alabama fans and Saban wanted to rid themselves of Kiffin for moving away from the running game too much. Do you really think Saban wants an OC that hasn't established a running game his entire career?

There is no risk. He just got popped and has literally every incentive to keep his personal and professional lives on the straight and narrow.
PR risk? LSU is its own worst enemy for PR, not Freeze.
