He has to have given up on his HC career ambitions after being at Youngstown state for a couple years now no?

Would he bring back those dominant defenses from the early 2000’s?

Idk, I would just worry he would be too much of an a-hole for coach O to be able to deal with but IF he could replicate what he did here earlier in his career I would be for it.

The Ed O vs Bo Pelini 4th qtr fistfight would be epic

That’d be an amazing fight. Pelini might be one of the few coaches I can think of who might whip O in a fight.

The day another man whips CEO's arse is the last day he gets out of bed.

FakeBoPelini is now officially far more successful and famous than actual Bo Pelini

Is his home happy with him? Youngstown State has had 2 winning seasons with him in his 5 seasons and one of those he was 6-5.

You're assuming Pelini would fight fair and not be carrying some sort of weapon at all times.

If Saban and Lane could coexist, then I am sure O and Pelini could as well. It's about NC titles, and Pelini did win one here at LSU. He does run an attacking blitzkrieg scheme.

I do not want to get into any argument about Aranda.

But I wondered why no one brought up Pelini.

FYI Last year Aranda had him come to BR to show Aranda and the staff how to defend the RPO and the spread offense.

Pelini is a piece of shite. He promised a veteran during a PR event that he would let the guy call a play in a game, then when the guy wanted to actually do it, Pelini flippantly ignored his request and gave some smart arse comment. Do not want.
