I did not read the whole posts.
But no one ever discusses that property taxes by law have to go up. The $75,000 homestead exemption does not apply to municipalities. It only applies to un incorporated portions of Parishes.

I was talking purely from a financial prospective in the 50s & 60s of when a team went to play at LSU, Fl and Tenn. I did not mean to limit it to just Bama.
