Unless you have personal or previous coaching ties to Florida, no one would prefer the Florida job to the LSU job. It’s worse and harder in every way except it has an easier schedule.

I said this last night, if Florida was truly on top of this, they wouldn't have just let a few coordinators go a few weeks ago.

Does Stricklin have the support, and the balls, to reset the coaching market like woody does? Doubt it. We’ll be ok unless a coach we want just REALLY wants to be at florida.

Since Spurrier left UF has hired Zook, Meyer, Muschamp, Mcelwain, and Mullen. That is exactly ONE of their last five coaches who could remotely be considered a “top coach”.

Where is Florida's mind on Attickland himself at this point? Between bringing in Mullen after missing on who they really wanted and the baseball coach/dead kids debacle, could UF take a look at their AD as well?
