Yeah, hiring a young coach with a modern offensive philosophy is exactly the same thing as hiring an old coach who runs an antiquated defense. The similarities are just staggering!

Well, Pelini was 9 years removed from his last top 10 defense.
Brady is only 2 years removed from a top 1 offense.
Also Pelini failed in college and FCS before we hired him. Brady failed in the NFL.
