Are we planning to fill this position, or just hire a second WR coach to assist Mickey Joseph the current WR coach?

Is he a good choice? Isn't there a history there with LSU.

I'll given ben the benefit of the doubt and assume he meant a checkered history. Which there used to be rumors of him being salty towards LSU for never giving him serious looks as HC

Mariota actually looked pretty good the year he was the Titans OC. He could be PGC and WR coach. Then hire Saulsbury as QB coach.

Damnit you said it before I did. Hire a QB coach and not that Salisbury guy.

Go after Graham Harrell. Former Texas Tech QB under Leach and was outside WR coach under Leach in 2015. Has coached Mason Fine and North Texas to really great years the last two years as OC/QB coach.

Fine before Harrell
2016 - 59% 1570 yards 6.0 ypa 6 TD 5 int

Fine with Harrell
2017 - 63.4% 4050 yards 7.9 ypa 31 TD 15 int 14 games
2018 - 64.6% 3790 yards 8.1 ypa 27 TD 5 int 13 games

He can be the QB/passing game coordinator and then be in training to take over Ensminger's job in 1-2 years.

Hire a dynamic, young QB coach who could assume OC duties at the appropriate time.
