So LSU hires Alleva, Special Ed, and Pomansky, who all have stains on their records, but won't hire Kendall Briles who does not? My God LSU gets dumber and dumber and dumber by the day.

Second, this was rape that was reported and instead of making public the administration and staff decided to try to keep it quiet. Everyone on that staff had some knowledge and kept their scared little mouths shut.

When the best thing you bring to your argument is the spelling of Briles’ first name, you immediately tell me you are grasping at straws and utterly clueless about the situation. After all of the investigations and inquiries into the Baylor situation, where was he ever found guilty of anything? Where is the proof that shows he had ANY knowledge of that stuff going on? I’ll sit here patiently and wait for you to bring any factual shred of information to the discussion.

Considering the current occupant of the White House, it utterly amazes me that our society has such stringent moral standards for head football coaches, much less assistant coaches. Good grief.

Facts are: 1) Lane is a great offensive mind. 2) Art Briles is a great offensive mind. 3) Little Briles has never worked independently 4) There is enough information out there if you care to read it that shows that the investigations revealed that staff hindered investigations to protect players. The staff isnt that big, the program isnt that big. 52 rapes. 52 is a big number, so either he never went to work because he was daddies flunkie, or he knew something.

It's complicated and you're coming off like you know facts about each rape case claim.
Art Briles by everything I've read about him is he's a terrific guy...
not everything is the way it's portrayed by the media.
people are people...let's not forget, he or any coach did not rape anyone...so stop acting like he did if he simply defended or tried to protect players he recruited.
Like I said, it's complicated...with a lot of accusations that have not been proven...
Rich Rod was just fired on unsubstantiated sex harassment claims...
sounds like he had an affair, which is troubling...his wife is pretty hot....coaches spent too much time away from their families...Hugh frieze fell to his own temptations too...
they are paying the price for these mistakes....but shouldn't prevent them from starting over..and getting another job
