Out west it's Fresno State, Nevada, New Mexico State, and Idaho.
I know Todd Berry is on the hot seat at ULM and in the AAC we could see Tulane, UCF (guaranteed), and USF should be open too. I assume in the MAC that Miami OH could be looking for a coach as well as UMass. CUSA has North Texas open. Would UTSA fire Coker?

unless he pulls off 4 out of the next 5 I think Franchione is done at Texas State.

Yeah, forgot about Fran. Though with ULM, Georgia State, New Mexico State, and Idaho still on the schedule, he may get those 4 wins.

Doesn't Whipple have an extension on the table? Plus he just came back last year after winning a national championship in his first stint there. And UMass is leaving the MAC. I doubt he's going anywhere now.

Memphis
Houston
Temple
Toledo
First two obviously the most likely to lose their coaches to Power 5 schools. The others could easily as well.

I don't see anyway that Berry survives a 1 win season. If I was ULM, I would go after Central Arkansas's coach. He was won national titles as a head coach at Delta State and Ms Gulf Coast CC. He probably has the ties to the local schools and JCs that ULM desperately needs since Berry has slacked on recruiting the last few years.

Personally I was done with Barry at half time of the app state game. Down 10 with <:30 left in the first half we get a huge turnover and instead of going for points he calls fricking running plays. Our passing hadn't been great that night but still go for the goddamn points. I think he's gone after this season. Unless we manage to win out.

UMass? Didn't they just hire their guy last year? Maybe it was two years ago, but sheesh give the guy some time.

Yeah, I thought Whipple had been back longer than 2 years. Forget them.

Plus the fact ULM collapsed big time last year and recruiting is just bad. Here are the recruiting rankings since the Indy bowl.
2016 -8th in the SBC
2015 - 6th in the SBC
2014 - 9th in the SBC
2013 - 9th in the SBC
When you go to a bowl and beat a top 10 ranked SEC team and you can't even get in the top4 of recruiting in your conference = Berry needs to GTFO.

He has been there since 2012 and here are his records:
2011 - 6-6 (FCS independent)
2012 - 4-8 (5th in the WAC)
2013 - 6-6 (7th in the SBC)
2014 - 7-5 (4th in the SBC)
2015 - 2-5 (currently 7th in the SBC)
So unless he wins out they will miss a bowl again. There is no reason to be that bad when you are coaching at a public school in Texas and you have this as your stadium.
