what DC wants to come to LSU that can't bring his own assistants?
That's not the way it works. How many assistants did Cam bring? None. That's how many.

You have to think this is not true.
A poster pulled this out of his arse and Schiano has got to be on a short list for a lot of college teams HC jobs or NFL coordinator jobs.
I'd leave work and go get drunk if it happened though. Actually, I might do that anyway.

The title of this thread is misleading. The poster just said "look for Schiano to get an interview and a close look." This title suggest that it's actually happening or has happened. That's not what the poster said fwiw.

well if you're schiano, there really aren't any good college HC jobs open. Take the job at LSU, field a great D with the talent already in place, become a guy schools are seeking out instead of begging for interviews.
That being said, I'm not buying this is legit.

Now the new rumor is Todd Grantham. 247 is all over this!

Grantham and Petrino DO NOT like each other

Louisville Cardinals (2014-)[edit]
Todd Grantham was hired by Bobby Petrino to be his defensive coordinator at University of Louisville. He was given a five-year guaranteed contract worth $1 million per year.
Probably fits Allevas budget
Not a splash hire tho

He is still in Tampa. His son is a Junior or Senior and plays ball here.
