Go get Fickell. No way Cincy outbids LSU.

He was already a long shot and multiple people have said he’s already said no. Move on.

Maybe more of a Midwestern type coach that doesn’t want to leave that area

If Franklin leaves PSU, Fickell takes that job.

No way it’s money I won’t see in my lifetime
, but Ed was making over 9 million. So when you frame it like that it’s significant difference in salaries

He has the #2 team in the country. Frankly, I wouldn't want him if he was talking to others schools while being in the position that he's in right now.

Has this been documented? Or is it a repeated taking point because is sounds like it can be right?

You’d think he would need to strike while the irons hot and coaching changes are all about timing

No lie, Fickell would be a scary hire for the rest of the SEC West. He’s a great coach.

I would hope he tells people no until the end of a championship run.

If y’all want a former osu head coach just focus on urban Meyer. Fickell ain’t happening

He's got 6 kids, and when he was hired for the Cincy job, he said he wanted to go a community where his family could set roots for 10-15 years.

Never say never, but I'd be surprised if any program outside of the Midwest could convince him to leave right now.
