He actually isn't. He got one year show cause and a 2 game suspension, but that is only for HC positions. There are no restrictions for coordinator positions

If any of y’all followed guilbeau this year you would know guilbeau is the minister of informations mouthpiece. He will put out a feeler article a few days before news breaks and if reaction is favorable it happens. He has to talk directly to ponamsky. I noticed this with the qb situation.
