My bigger concern is him handling recruits' families. I would say Bobby is a great example, but he really doesn't recruit at a high level.
He's a solid play caller, and we need recruiting help. Orgeron has said in the past he's the best recruiter he's ever been around. if he can have the families forget his past I am cool with it
