Giants hire former Alabama RBs coach Burton Burns to same position

Burns was a terrible Coach at St Aug, but is part of the AA elite in New Orleans and has so much pull there, he was a great hire by Tommy Bowden at Clemson.

He was no longer coaching at Alabama, he was working for the AD since the end of the 2018 season.

Saban wants good recruiters that can coach. Not guys that are middling at one and downright bad at the other.
It would be a true desperation move to hire Juluke, and Saban can still recruit NOLA without making such a desperate move.

Well considering Burns wasn’t recruiting for Alabama anymore. And hadn’t since 2017.
