Tommy Rees didn't have any OC experience and worked out pretty well for Kelly.

You don't think the rant would have brought up the offensive coordinator of an offense that put up 465 yards per game (ranked 13) and tied Oklahoma in points per game with 38.4 (ranked 11)?
Add to the numbers that he's in his early 30s and this guy is the Rant's wet dream regardless of his name.

Dumb and I doubt this is true. Kelly will be making this hire. What would he have against GARRETT Riley? What would he have against Lincoln, for that matter. If Lincoln did actually bail on LSU, that's the reason Kelly got the job. Why would there be any animosity there?
Stop listening so much to butt hurt "insiders" who feel jilted because they didn't know as much about the coaching search as they thought they did.

Fair point. It is dumb. LSU administration is full of uptight people who don’t want anything to do with Riley. Luckily it’s not their choice. But their opinion will be heard.
