Frost went 13-0 around similar competition while Herman never had more than 10 wins, I believe. I'll give Frost the nod for now, but Herman has a good shot to overtake him if Texas can win some big games next year.

Frost, but I also don’t believe that he’s the savior that Nebraska needs to turn back the clock 25 years.

To be fair, no one is though.

Everyone always points to Herman’s loses but they forget about the wins. He beat 3 top ten teams(Oklahoma, fla st, and Louisville) at frickin Houston. He went 11-1 his first season there

Herman is hemorrhaging players and his recruiting class is all perimeter players. Things aren’t rosy in Austin.

Herman, easier to recruit Texas than Nebraska.

Frost will win a lot of games at Nebraska. But if beating Ohio State or even Penn State and Michigan on a regular basis is what they're looking for, I think they will be forever disappointed.

I think both are good, but Herman has the far better job.

Truly like both of them but I do like frost more than Herman but also he has the much tougher job of the two and will take longer to turn around most likely

Frost and it’s not even close. He is the only one to turn around an 0-12 to a 12-0 in 2 years.

UH just kind of humms along no matter who is coaching there, in case you haven't noticed. The place mints Power 5 head coaches. After examining it, at some point you come to the realization that it's the school and its combination of fertile location for recruiting and easy conference - not the coaches.

Herman is currently going down in fricking flames. He came in with much fanfare, embarrassed himself with his inability to swing a sledgehammer and his obsession with piss, then wet the bed en-route to a 6 win season and a humiliating bowl loss in Houston to Missouri.

Currently, every player who can get out is bailing on him. His star LB is faking turf toe, a RB is transferring, a starting OL is graduating and just quitting despite still having eligibility, anyone with a draftable draft grade is declaring, he loses just about every starter to graduation and the end of eligibility and now the rumor is the passing QB wants to xfer.

Sure, he currently has the #2 class, but it's all WRs and DBs. Take a look at it. He's wiffed on all but ONE DL!!! His two positions of greatest need are OL and DL and that class does NOTHING for him. Unless they start a National Championship For Most Skinny Guys With Good Hands, he's fricked. Texas is looking at having to go JUCO shopping in BULK just to field semi-serviceable lines next year. Herman isn't long for that job.
