He is saying the same shite in the media yeah.
He has been handed coordinators, players, and a system already in place. And we've played nobody yet.

So, he's much better at handling coordinators, coaches, players etc than Miles is.
By the way, who is the last team that wanted Ensminger as OC? Pretty sure a washed up OC has taken the LSU offense to a new level.
There are 119 other head coaches who know Aranda is a great DC. Not to mention that a screwed up special teams has changed light years over 3 games.
I'm not saying O is the answer, but it's evident his coaching has changed. The next 4 weeks will prove how much.

I did not say keep Ensminger as OC. I responded about having success with a staff put together for him.

Motivation from a "change of pace coach" is usually not sustainable.
There are things that go into managing a program that aren't in the spotlight, but are hugely important.
He has proven he can't handle that.

You cherry pick things without context. Again, if Ole Miss's history precluding O from having a good run there (hint: it didn't), then why doesn't O's poor run there preclude him from getting other HC jobs (hint: it has).
Again, in the last 20 years, Ole Miss has had 7 losing seasons. O had three of them. That's not alarming to you?

They looked around, saw the best college coach they could find and they did what it took to get him to come Alabama.
If you're LSU and you're looking around for the best college football coach in the country... the only name that you can throw out there is Chip Kelly.
LSU needs to do whatever they can to get him to LSU. He'll get Saban-esque results with LSU's talent.

LSU would no longer have talent with that dude. We would have undersized linemen that would get pushed around by other SEC schools. Hiring Kelly would end up being a disaster. Once he got shite canned we would have to totally rebuild our roster ala Rodriguez/Michigan

I tend to disagree, because of the changes he's made to his system in the pros. I think he understands the value of the big boys and a power running game more now.
