N599TA is one of acadian’s airplanes. They also have n511TA, n511DP, n511RZ and a couple more. They are not LSU owned but LSU does seem to have 1st dibs on chartering them whenever they need them. The airplanes are based at LFT so literally every flight they do for LSU requires repositioning LFT-BTR on the 1st leg and BTR-LFT on the last leg so don’t read to much into that regarding Napier
The Phenom is registered to Someone with the last name of Weinstein out of BR, no idea who that is or if he’s connected to the university but it’s not unusual for the university to ask TAF members if they can borrow their aircraft. When burrow went to NYC for the heisman he flew on a TAF members plane out of Shreveport.

The LJ45 is an air ambulance first, and travels all over the Country. LSU uses the aircraft when it's available.
That interior photo is not a Phenom 100. Phenom 100 can carry 8 passengers at most. It's classified as a very light jet, mostly operated single pilot IFR.
