I think it would be a great hire, guys got all kinds of energy which I think you need to get kids to go to Eugene. No offense meant just the way I feel when it is a 2-hour drive from a major airport.

Fleck is a good gamble. He might not work out but if he does they might have their coach for the next fifteen years.

Ever since we hired O, I just have an even greater appreciation for good coaches being rewarded for their hard work, not guys hired because of nepotism. Hope Fleck gets the job and kicks arse.
