10-15 mil a year should ONLY be on the table for about 3 coaches. If Napier gets that much if hired, it's ridiculous.

If you are putting out there that kind of price tag you just started an arms race that could get out of hand. What's to stop Oklahoma from throwing the same at him. I know 2 or 3 Oklahoma boosters who could pony up that type of money and not blink.
