Two years ago he was beating the posse out of town after another ho hum season at Boston College and now he's a head coach thanks to a slightly above average job in GB.

It was thought by many he made a horrible decision leave college head coaching job to be a DC in the NFL.

Only 22 wins in four seasons as head coach of Boston College. Two years later he’s an NFL head coach.

He didn’t exactly set the world on fire as DC of the Packers. Odd hire

It's because the gm in Miami is john eric Sullivan. He was just hired from green Bay.
