Chavis can easily find new guys.
It's going to be hard to attract a DC when he has to keep those guys on staff.

Yeah but they were in the midst of negotiating another contract. Those assistants shouldn't have been extended until that contract keeping him here long term was inked.

Exactly, and this is one of the reasons why some LSU fans, myself included, think Chavis really fricked LSU with the way he left.

You can't blame that on Chavis. If he wants to go somewhere else, he has to take the opportunity while its there. It's not his fault your AD went ahead and signed the Asst coaches when they knew Chavis wasn't happy about something in the contract
