I think Fran would be a great fit at Washington. He needs to coach outside of the South.

Mark Emmert will not hire Frances or Haywood...that one you can be sure of.

he may be a candidate but he's not the lead candidate I don't think from what I've heard.

If he picks up a few D Coaches from La, it might work for Franchione. Needs to have some assistants that will recruit La and Houston area, and maybe the Al/Fl Panhandle. There is so much talent in those areas. Good teacher/recruiter/coach could make a good package and Emmert will know it.

This would solidify Franchione's top spot as the all-time most overrated coach in CFB history.
