Remember that time you took the Temple job and then quit two weeks later to go to Miami?

Well, don't cry too much about how you were treated by Miami.

He got offered to go coach his Alma mater in the city he was born and raised. Jesus, have some understanding of why he did it.

Edit: apparently his Alma mater is FSU

Oh lol. Miscalculation on my part. Nvm then!

I knew his father was mayor of Miami, assumed he was a Hurricane.

He is a second rate coordinator as well. Time to fade into the sunset.

Not really. He was a scapegoat for Mack Brown's ineptitude is anything. Everywhere else he was fine to great.

He's going to be fine though. He's got about 8 million still owed to him and all these coaching turnovers, he should land somewhere.

Besides the 8 million he is the son of the former mayor of Miami and his brother in law, Ruiz, is the guy putting together the deal for the U of M Stadium venture in Coral Gables. Ruiz is worth north of 3 or 4 billion

I’ll take my medicine. My Wife’s a Miami grad, I have somewhat of a vested interest in that program and city. He was their Orgeron—local Cuban guy.

Wait I thought Brian Kelly was the only coach ever to leave a job for a better job?
