When have any "leaks" or "done deals" ever come to fruition this far in advance anyway?

If that were the case, Jimbo would be coaching at LSU right now, Saban at Texas, and Gruden would've never been fired by the Raiders because he's coaching in Tennessee.

I can't think of a time that any coach has been leaked this far in advance, and it actually come true. The only thing this search and this board has going for it, is that basically every possible candidate in America has been mentioned and discussed

So someone will be right, although history tells us it'll probably be one of the guys not talked about much

From the get-go, I always knew this was going to be a very frustrating search because we would literally hear nothing on our end. We’re in the homestretch, and I have a feeling Woody is going to make us all very happy.

Updated for OC/DC. looks like we will find out about 6-8 hours earlier than rest of world. Kinda sucks but its the way well run organizations run.

After the fact this won't stop any number of random media people from claiming to have credible information about the search. Because after the hire is done you can claim absolutely anything and some of your audience will probably believe what they want to believe
