That guy will be a super star in the coaching world one day soon. LSU needs to do whatever it takes to retain him.

Really impressive game tonight. First game I've seen where they played lights out. Hopefully they continue

Coach O and Aranda together are great, which is what sucks too because it will be hard to keep both.

Herman and Aranda would be scary and unfair for college fb.

If strike out on Herman I'm probably the only one but I'm all in on Aranda being the new HC

There's been a lot of bend but don't break in earlier games. Not allowing touchdowns but in our 2 losses, they were able to move the ball just enough to field goal our shitty offense to death.

I have said this and agree with you but you are overstating the obvious buddy.

Did the tenured professor help the defensive line? The motors seemed to be turning all night.

It helps that they were only on the field for 17.27.

Not knocking arranda at all. He's a great D.C.

But the offense gets some credit here. Along with O reducing contact practice.

Better, and better every game. I too hope he stays for a while, regardless of who is HC next season. Looking forward to punching UF in the mouth next week!

This. We need to sign him long term before someone tries to snag him

This is the key....our offense held on to the ball....defense was fresh deep in the 4th and Missouri d was spent....3 and outs kill you and we had way too many before the coaching change

Doesn't Herman have a really good DC now? Does he try and get him Houston head job?

About time his defense showed up, I was concerned he was overrated the way LSU looked earlier this year. They could not get another offense off the field and were not getting pressure.

I agree. It is a bit of a risk but the upside is enormous.

It's a shame he got zero help in the two losses.
