I agree, Jennings is shite. However, he was slightly better when we ran a spread option type offense. He at least makes slightly better throws and decisions from shotgun. We ran a stupid offense that was power I instead of trying to at least make our qb a little better with a system that fits. This year soured me on cam, plus he should be able to make something with Harris since he has had him since jan. Even with les handcuffing him, he made some bizarre game plans this year.

He's the most sought after up and coming coach in the NFL... I'm sure he could recruit.

If this is true than why the hell would anybody want him? He sounds like he'd just be here 3 yrs max then bolt back to the NFL for an opening he likes

If Les leaves, Saban is going to kick the door in and rape La, talent.

Beyond the premise of your topic, (I think this would be a shite hire), the guy would have Bill O'Brien written all over him. Even if he was successful here, he'd be gone after the first NFL team came calling.

Jimbo Fisher will be crawling to LSU if Les leaves.

Where are his recruiting areas?

What contacts and pipelines in Texas and Flordia does he have and where?

Need more info

Overrated IMO.

Nick Saban had no LA or TX or FL ties while at MSU. LEs had no LA or FL ties.

Urban Meyer had no FL recruiting ties coming from Utah.

Retain Cam Cameron.

This is the answer if Miles goes to Michigan.

With Cam at the helm the majority of the coaching staff would remain in place and the recruiting pipeline would remain intact.

Seriously doubt it.

Why would Fisher leave a school where he can recruit SEC West talent and play at best an SEC East schedule?

No chance Jimbo comes to LSU.

No thanks. Never been a head coach. LSU is not a training ground where you can learn that skill while holding that job. Get your training wheels at USL, Louisiana Tech, Tulane, etc., then learn how to ride at a school a tier up from that, then come talk to us.

And as for Jimbo, he's a heck of a coach. But as an LSU alumnus, I would be ashamed if my school hired him. I would be embarrassed because the guy has enabled and coddled a rapist/thief, not to mention other criminals on that team, while spouting off about how much class and dignity his program is. Jimbo is an emasculated twerp.

I am a Vikings fan and I thought he was garbage as our OC. So predictable. I was thrilled when he left.
