So, first they screw up and have a small buyout for a proven coach. Now they are putting in a big buyout for an unproven coach.
I was curious about the next buyout and what they would do. Can't blame them but that's too much for him. Thank goodness money grows on trees in Oregon.

This is Phil`s baby. He must have promised to pay the buyout if this doesn`t succeed. Phil has always been focused on recruiting which is why he forced this hire upon Oregon.
