Not enough credit is given to Hud for playing in a conference that could produce 7 bowl teams.

At this point, his resume isn't good enough for Lafayette middle. Dude has shown what he is and will never recover and be HC at any other D1 school. He can motivate already developed players, but cannot develop his own.
Dude will kill a QB's confidence faster than anyone I've ever seen.
Oh, and he will push people in the QB position who cannot throw to save their lives to replace actual QB arm talent.
