Oh he's "recruited" other human beings before

Last I heard he still owed over $400K in back due child support to multiple females. Great role model.

Spoken like a true dipshit who probably isn’t good at anything in life. I don’t care if we’re talking about the most niche hobby in the world, much less a gigantic industry like CFB, there are people who have it down to a science and can teach it really, really well. It is hard to teach DL technique and it does require a lot of dedication and a completely different skill set than playing the game.

His job will be to recruit the best defensive lineman in the country and to teach them proper technique and motivate them. Combo of that along with proper strength and coordination is all you are looking for.

Sounds like you have the golden ticket buddy. Maybe you should go apply for a P5 DL coaching gig and live the good life by simply recruiting 5*’s, teaching them perfect technique, and keeping a bunch of 18-22 year olds motivated and out of trouble. It’s really that easy

Well I didn’t play the position and get coached by the elites.

I don’t have the personality to be a recruiter. It’s not in my DNA to go out and kiss a bunch of 17-18 year old kids arse.

I never said it would be easy for the normal Joe. I said someone like Warren Sapp who has received the training all his life can coach his position. Talent is talent and the most important aspect of the job is to bring in elite talent, which is the question I had regarding Sapp and other former NFL players who want to get into coaching.

No just untalented people like you make comments like this. I can walk into damn near any career and succeed at it. But everybody isn’t me.

Ok man, the guy who doesn’t even know that there’s a difference between doing and teaching definitely has life figured out. You sound like a narcissist prick whose only talent in life is being miserable to be around if I’m being honest. Congrats on being the king of your little McDonald’s manager life castle though, I’m sure you could go and excel at any Sonic or Burger King in the country

I’ve been doing what I do for a long time and was trained by elite teachers but I would be a terrible teacher for my profession because it’s a skill I don’t have. Teachers and doers require very different skill sets. Some have both skills but most don’t

So he's adding another coach with little to no experience in the college game or recruiting and expects things to improve.

Let's not forget that Sapp has also been arrested several times, once for soliciting a prostitute, assault and domestic violence and you think this is what your team needs.

Two things are guaranteed: There will be more rappers giving pregame speeches, along with a few extra escorts for away games!

Just shows that Deion is clueless when it comes to running a Division 1 football program!
