So who do you think is on the shortlist?....If Miles is on the shortlist for the Baylor job does he go after Ken Briles?.....I don't think Kiffin leaves Bama

We would also probably have to compete with Bama to hire him. He's likely there to replace Kiffin soon when Kiffin becomes a HC.

We may be able to pay more initially, but Kiffin just got a raise to 1.4 million and resurrected his career there. That will be pretty appealing to Sark as incentive to stick around, IMO. I'm not sure he's ready to leave that security. Even if what I heard was false and they're actually good friends.

I just think it will be harder to hire him than some people think. Money isn't everything. It may be more about opportunity for him.
