If what I read here tonight is true then we will be getting his third or fourth choice for OC . No source on this one. But saw where O wanted Briles and Freeze and was shot down both times. Lookslike the uppity ups want us to hire the POPE.

As long as they don’t just settle for the easy hire. Do some research and look around. Don’t just look at guys you are familiar with. Branch out! It’s ok to whiff on candidates, just don’t throw in the towel after 1 or 2 and make the easy hire.

His hands aren’t tied. There are plenty of options out there without the baggage of those two. Briles wouldn’t upset me but freeze has no business at a place like LSU.
