Coach Oeauex to ULL?

Nature abhors a vaccum. What better replacement for Billy Napier than Eddy-O? Louisiana guy...has contacts with Louisiana high school talent...can work for cheap because of LSU buyout...Ego big enough to want to keep coaching...can bring his 3 kids with him to help coach...already knows where the special fishing holes are for dissenters.
Will Ed Orgeron take his money and bow out gracefully or does he still have something to prove as a head coach?

I would hire a random charismatic fan for $100,000/year before I hired Ed Orgeron. Guy brings absolutely nothing to the table aside from recruiting, and even then, he didn’t leave LSU in the best position talent-wise. Royal frickup in his personal life, terrible X’s and O’s coach, clueless and lazy regarding the program on a day to day, terrible at hiring people and brings in pieces of shite like Derek Ponamsky, dumb as a box of rocks, the list goes on.
I’m not exaggerating, ULL would be better served hiring a random fan with good management skills at whatever their jobs is and a great personality

I've said this before, it doesn't matter what you feel about Napier, O is the complete opposite of him. Napier ran ULL very well and modeled his program after Alabama. He mimicked a power 5 program without a fraction of power 5 resources. He also did a very good job assembling a staff and more importantly, REPLACING that staff.
O can do none of those things. He'd bring in his old washed buddies as coordinators or whoever the ULL equivalent of tiger droppings told Derek to hire, and he'd destroy the team culture. He might recruit well, but those recruits would be ready to leave as soon as the curtain is moved and they see the program he sold for what it really is. The same thing that happened at lsu

Pitiful, this man has been coaching at major college programs since the 80’s and coached the greatest team ever in college football. So obviously he knows something. he has had a job consistently 40 years and coached your favorite football team. Let it go dude
