When it comes to LSU head coaches, Les Miles is the GOAT. His record clearly proves that.

Further, he is a man of integrity and his personality fits our culture.

Instead of speculation about who might be the next LSU coach, I'm more interested about what it will take to keep him in Baton Rouge until the day he decides to retire from the coaching profession.

How do we keep him here?

There is nothing you can do. If he wants to go, and is offered the job, hes will take it.

I looked at his contract while ago which you can find on Google. I was thinking he had the same buyout that LSU has of him but that is not true. He has a meager $1.25 mil buyout if he goes to Mich and he has NO buyout to go anywhere else.

He is being paid enough right now. Win another championship and then get a raise. If that's not good then go to Michigan.

What is your source on this? Miles is happy here. Don't think he would accept the offer. He's said this many times over the years.

Unlike Saban, I believe him.

I totally agree. All these ignorant fricks that think LSU can go hand pick any coach we want and that all of Les' recruiting prowess and staff would remain are either too young to know better or just plain stupid. Next year, when we're rolling our way to Atlanta and the CFB playoff, they'll all be conveniently sucking Les off and posting GIFs of Les' coolness.

I really don't get it.

Nobody has won more games than he has in that time period. This isn't merely an opinion, the facts are there. He is the winningest coach in LSU history.

And he has done so while the SEC West has been the most difficult division in college football.

It boggles my mind why some people want to see him leave. Like Steely Dan said, you wouldn't even know a diamond if you held it in your hand.

We should do everything possible to keep him right here.

if he leaves to michigan, it will be because he wants to leave.

what people say will have absolutely nothing to do with it.

Money talks.

And if he has other things he wants, then we should do that too.

I've said before and still think it is probably a good time for him to go. Gets him away from a shitty fan base and gets LSU fans new blood to eat their own.
