I don’t hate Clemson. I am not a fan of Dabo and think he is extremely fake. He also doesn’t have a second act besides “poor ole little Clemson that nobody believes in”. That works at first but you can’t use it when you win 2 National championships and played for another one.

Sure but why are we celebrating the alleged demise on the one that’s not in our division and basically no threat to LSU? Because the Clemson coach is a cheesy?
If not for Clemson Bama wins 4 straight 15-18 and is going forward 6 of 7. Call me crazy but I’m thankful that didn’t happen and don’t see it as a great development if the team that prevented it falls off

The ACC is trash enough that Clemson will probably go 12-1 next season and Dabo will look like a genius. I respect the man for trusting in his program enough to promote from within.

If Clemson falls off, unless Miami or FSU becomes dominant again (unlikely) then the ACC will be out of the playoffs most if not all years. That in turn makes it more likely that Bama can get into to the playoff with 1 loss even if they don't win the SEC W.
Id rather have more teams that can challenge them 2 that have are Clemson and tOSU. So if they fall it becomes easier for Bama.

And who gives a frick? if LSU wants to keep Alabama out of the playoff, they need to beat them. I’m not gonna sit here and not laugh at Clemson if they have a downfall. It’s funny. A&M beat Alabama this year. I’m not gonna root for them or not laugh if they were to crumble. Auburn almost kept them out of the playoff. I’m still gonna point laugh at Auburn.
