Or maybe allow him to recruit and coach for an entire season

Or at minimum coach a single game

Trust is certainly earned and Raymond's threats of leaving each year if his demands were not met did not instill trust in his head coach or the staff.
Trust involves being able to count on people to do what is expected of them without them being confrontational.
The real reason Frank Wilson was brought into the fold was to counter the malcontents from poaching the territory.
You might not like the new head coach but he has been in the business a long time and he has been very successful.
It is time to trust him.

There needs to be a transfer portal for fans. We all need a reset, not just the coaching staff and football team.
