Why would Chavis not let him coach any of the special teams? Or was BDP trying to coach a defensive position? That could explain why ST sucked

ETA: Totally out of his element coaching ST this year. We regressed. Worst ST unit I've seen under Les.

BDP is the DE coach. I'm glad Chavis wouldnt allow him to do much in that area. Now we are screwed

ProFootballTalk is reporting the Raiders have given Bobby April permission to pursue other opportunities. There's your special teams coach to replace BDP.
