If O could deliver Freeze, I'd be fine with Canada moving on. As I said, his offense is proven in this league and he's been good with QBs. That would be a home run.

Yeah. That's what i thought as well. I just don't see any place for him to end up. I highly doubt he just mails it in too as it would reflect poorly on him. His best bet is to suck it up and do the best he can so he gets out next year.

Show cause is just for him as a HC. He can jump in with no repercussions as an OC. He was fired for hookers!lol

That was my thought too. In any job, if you want to get promoted (at your current employer or another one( you bust your arse to show off.
I personally like our offense with Canada at the helm, but I can see why we may need to make a change due to internal conflict.
Let's say O lines up a top notch OC at year end. Do you think he can convince the powers that be to make the change before they lose the hire and are S.O.L. next year, or would they really say no to firing Canada regardless?

Offense was good this year. LSU is not paying 3 million to fire an OC because two grown men cant get along. If the O sucked then it may have happened.

They need to kiss and make up because Canada's not getting a HC job unless he's willing to take a huge pay cut, and LSU's not firing him to pay another buyout.

I have said since last year Briles tree coach was a target because of Texas roots. The Baylor crap broke and most of there coaches became hot.

Cats out the bag Freeze has def been talked about for OC. Not sure if good or bad move myself. Not really aware of what he has done on offensive side of ball any info will help.

So do you think the Baylor stuff is really over? I mean Kendall was brought up in a suit just this year. Will LSU really take a risk like that?
