I think it’s funny to see all the babies cry on here. Information can be true when it is shared, but it can change.
Word is after they got back up north, the wife didn’t want to move so far away from family for a non head coach job.
In all likelihood, he would have been here one year and then moved on to a HC job.

Happy wife, happy life? It’s a safer play but that’s all I can think of. They did everything they could to land him. The whole he’s our #1 and not landing him makes everyone look foolish, myself included.
