Can someone give me just ONE valid reason why Leach wouldnt want..

Where he might have to build a program up? One with less resources? Why would he want to do that when he can "be born with a silver spoon" so to speak at LSU? Come in, run the offense like we all know you are capable of, and win championships only having half of the team to worry about.

Because LSU hasn't fired Gary Crowton and he thinks it would be awkard sharing an office with a Morman.
Also,
May want autonomy in play calling which doesn't seem to be something Miles wants to allow.
Also,
May be holding out for another head coaching job.

Look, it's no secret Les likes to have his hand in the offense. He wants an OC that would allow this. That OC is not Leach.

By definition, the offensive coordinator is subordinate to the head coach.
And how is seeking a head coaching job instead of a coordinator job a "dumb reason"?

Why? Do you think Miles will talk down to him and belittle him? Does Miles dictate what Chavis should do? Do HCs and Cs have that bad of relationships? Is it THAT far fetched of an idea that a HC and an OC can't get along and almost be like a team?

Leach is a terrible fit. He runs the spread as far as philosophy. Miles loves running and the Power I. Miles does not like finesse offense. Two coaches with completely different offensive philosophies. How is that a fit? It's like a pirate and a soldier living together.

This was covered in depth a few days ago, and was found to be not really correct because Leach can adapt and has shown traits that Miles would like.
