And yet he has had one good season. In a weak conference. Everyone thought the "Great" comeback against ole miss was impressive. Until we realize everyone else kicks the snot out of ole miss and that they suck.

you do know Ole Miss had a 21pt lead against Bama this year?

But I guess the drubbing they took from Louisville is ok, and the way the barely slipped past wake forest.

This is good because it makes him easier to get from FSU. If we accept Jimbo's counteroffer of $7M, FSU may not match. We probably could not land him if he was winning championships every single year there and not having a 3 loss season every now and then. If we keep Aranda, I have no worries about anybody dropping 63 on us.

He will do nothing here

You guys act like winning an NC is so flippin easy. There are only 5 active coaches with an NC. FIVE!!

Not to mention, he went 13-1 the year after and went to the playoffs. And won 3 ACC championships before the NC.

Thats not '1 good year', thats 2 superb years and 3 very good ones.

Not sure how everyone forgot, but we all wanted him gone as our OC.

It didnt take long to realize that the offense Jimbo ran under Les Miles was not all Jimbos. Is that in doubt at this point? after 10 more years of les stepping on every OC's toes?

It's well documented that Jimbo did not have full control. We were dup'd.

I just really like Fleck. Just has way more upside than Fisher and could give Saban a run for the money, where as you really can't say that about Fisher.

We don't KNOW that about Fleck.

And why do you infer that Jimbo "can't give Saban a run for the money"?

Surely, the leadership at LSU does... and I'm guessing Jimbo would disagree with you.

FSU had a 29 game win streak during this time. 29 games! Only Miami and USC in the 2000s have topped that in the modern era.

People are acting like this is ancient history, too. It was 2 seasons ago and he followed it up with a NY6 bowl last year.

But yeah, Jimbo is meh and he's declining.

It's ridiculous, but just shows people are puppets. They only remeber the auburn 6-3 game and stretch thier conclusion.
