If Riley is the source, why doesn't Riley come out and say something definitive like "no, I'm staying. LSU was interested and it is flattering to be considered, but I am staying."
He doesn't commit to saying an offer was on the table or anything else. I doubt Riley comes (and at this point I really want Aranda) but he shouldn't be using Feldman as a mouthpiece.

None of the real insiders ever actually said Riley was coming. The best they got was "things are looking promising." Which, in a game of 2nd hand sources, could mean something as simple as "Riley called Scott back."
The most they ever agreed on was that Riley had an offer or at least the outlines of one. That I believe.
