While I do think it's crazy, what is the big difference between 900k and 1.5 mil.
Are you going to let 600k stop you from getting one of the best dl coaches in college?
Imo I think kelly needs to go out and interview people. Find some young, hungry coaches.

More than salary. It’s the buyout and how his inflated salary affects the whole staff. They’ll want what he’s making.

I personally think Jamar Cain is going to return and this is how Cain and Peoples will split duties. Cain has also coached OLB in the past. Bakers current staff also has 2 DL coaches where they split duties like this
