Then a 30 minute meeting with the Director of HR to go over benefits

Then reference checks and drug screening

Then a call to make an offer

Then a counter offer

Then a call from the recruiter telling you that you're asking too much

Who is qualified enough to interview belichick about coaching? I would like to be a fly on the wall in one of these meetings

I think it was more of a "who ya bringing with you, and how would you fix this shite?".

I would think he's interviewing them just as much as they're interviewing him. Similar to reports about Harbaugh.
