I feel like he's ready to come back to BR. He loves this school and we need him to bring us back to the biggest stage!! Jimbo and Aranda would be a deadly combo

Fisher with this defensive staff, including O hopefully, is a dream scenario for me.

I'm really trying to not get my hopes up. I will be fricking ecstatic if it becomes official.

by far the best of the realistic scenarios for LSU

Anything to dodge the O bullet is a win for me at this point but with Fisher you're nationally relevant for another decade for sure & maybe longer.

Fisher brings over Trickett, retains O, Aranda and Dameyune Craig. Would be my dream team scenario.

id have to throw Jaluke and his N.O connection in there as well.. you have to have a N.O. connection on staff.

If that's the case with Juluke hypothetically staying on board is who don't you keep and who comes in?

I love the school too. Maybe they can hire me.

I just dont think it happens . His kids are in Tal with his ex-wife. One of them is special needs. Does he pack all of them up,including ex wife, and head to baton rouge? I have a feeling FSU will pony up another million. I really think he would be the best hire though.

It's starting to feel less like a possibility and more like an inevitability.

Fisher has some warts, no question, but a change of scenery and a fresh start might do him some good.

At LSU he will always have access to tons of talent in Texas and Louisiana, and his stint at FSU will surely help him get Florida recruits.

He'll also have a virtually unlimited budget for assistant coaches.
