Just because you interview someone doesn’t mean you will hire them. LSU interviewed him and he wasn’t a good fit. Why all of the panic? I forgot most on this board are probably unemployed.

I'm sticking with it's Raymond after Freeman took the Notre Dame job. Raymond picked up a recruit and all of a sudden the Texas smoke stopped. LSU just wanted it to look like a thorough search was conducted but the woke crowd won out.

LSU was not impressed by him is the scoop coming out now.
I know it sounds like sour grapes but the dude failed the x and o portion.
Whereas with Freeman. We loved him and just missed.

False. Texas hired a Safeties coach which ruled Corey out because he wanted the whole room there.

Yeah I’m starting to think his primary number to target is a current coach in the NFL who’s team remains in playoffs.
I’m sure O knows a 2-3 week reprieve between interviewing candidate one (1) and two (2) Will not go over well with the fan base, but sounds like a real possibility if the candidates team makes Super Bowl.
I feel like Arnett was quite possibly more of a appeasement interview for Fanbase and other outsiders

Maybe...But it sure seems a lot like when LSU conducted a thorough search for OC and come up with Slinger.

Exactly, why are some of you rushing the hire? We didn't offer Arnett. We aren't in a hurry. Better to take our time and get it right.
