I really don't understand why this is such a hard concept for many.

I'm both guessing and assuming (and hoping) these interviews are fairly detailed.

At the top of the list of questions is what does he want to run specifically to stop (or at least slow) these modern offenses, including RPO based.

Right after that would be how does our current personnel fit that? Neither we, the fanbase, or CEO's career can handle another year of "but but but we don't have the personnel for _________". It's CFB, turnover never ends and you have to fit the system to the people.
