Also, isn't this only Morris's second year as an OC - 2010 at Tulsa and 2011 at Clemson? I think he would need a few more years as a coordinator at a BCS program or as a HC in a non-AQ or lower tier BCS program before the big schools took a gamble on him as the top guy.
